Capacity : 10 / 20 / 30 / 50 / 70 & 100 watts.
Lumen output : minimum 110 & preferable 120 lumens per watt.
CRI : 70 is fine. Lumen output more important.
Colour : 3000K for warm white and 5700K for cool white.
Volts : 30 volts.
Current : 350mA for 10 watts & multiples thereof like 700mA for 20 watts, 1750mA for 50 watts etc.
Quality : gold wire bonding, copper stent, high quality phosphor, good quality base material with least possible heat generation.
Quantity : 5000 pieces to begin with.
Test reports : LM 70 / 80 at 85 deg C, integrated sphere report & temperature report in operation.
Warranty required : 3 years.
Delivery :immediate / 3 to 4 days.
We understand instead of these COB modules, a larger, thick copper PCB with SMD 5730 or 2835 or any other similar chips, dissipates heat better. Please advise if it is true, with test reports along with your best offers.
Also, these kind of SMD modules are coming with LED driver on board, and the same could be connected directly to 220 volts and we would appreciate offers for these also.
We expect a price of RMB 0.6 to 0.7 per watt but it is adjustable for quality products.
Those chips which can be run at 2 to 3 times the typical or regular forward current, i.e. those which could operate at absolute maximum ratings are preferred.
