We require for immediate purchase the following casing / housing for flood lights.
50 watt flood light casing / housing – 3.15 kg – Qty : 200 pieces, colour: black sand finish.
150 watt flood light casing / housing – 7.2 kg – Qty : 350 pieces, lense type, Colour: black sand finish.
50 watt street light, single lense casing / housing – 4.8 / 5.1 kg – Qty : 100 pieces, Colour : black sand finish.
Please note the following:-
1. This is only for housing / casing i.e. without LED and driver. Weight given are net weight of the casings.
2. This is not for complete light.
3. Housing and other parts are made of ADC12 Aluminium with 90% purity.
4. Same model, as that given in picture.
5. Weight can be little more but less, is difficult to accept.
6. Colour required is black.
7. Need immediate delivery in Guzhen to our agent.
8. Our name and logo need to be printed on the glass. Coraldraw file could be sent to you.
9. Immediate delivery needed.
10. Neutral box packing. No Chinese markings or stamping.
11. Alternatively, can accept bulk pack and all components separately.
12. All stainless steel screws, glands, accessories in total, must be given.
13. The side bolts to hold the bracket must be thumb screws or very stylish bolts.
14. For nuts, thumb nuts preferred.
15. A finished product sample should be carefully analysed for proper lines, no blow holes, proper finish etc.
16. Where COB / LED module is to be fixed, the surface below need to be buffed or made smooth for proper application of heat sink paste.
